Still waiting for a deposit that was out on a car that I didn’t purchase. Funny when I was interested o couldn’t get enough help. Deposit was put on the car 4/8 I was told that they only put credits thru on Tuesday afternoon and I should get my money back 4-6 days after that. It’s been 9 days since that and 14 days since I told them I wasn’t taking the car. Numerous phone calls and text msgs to get no help or even to tell me if it been credited. Beware. This place sells cars with faulty car parts. I’m being told to pay thousands of dollars for a faulty part that BMW installs. Matter of fact, there was a civil suit for the same problem a couple of years ago and they never rectified the problem. A problem that can cause future injury or death causing you car to catch fire or seize in the middle of the highway or road. BE VERY CAREFULL !! Called the manager and still a month later. I just purchased my vehicle in March 2020. I have nothing but issues with my vehicle. Immediately after I purchased my vehicle i noticed that two of my tires are choppy looking and worn and my vehicle had dents and scratches.
