The service manager Pete was very hostile and rude to me on the phone and hung up on me bc I decided to not have my car serviced there. I will definitely be giving him a low, next to nothing score considering how rude and unprofessional he was to me. This is not my first poor experience with BMW and I will definitely NOT ever purchase or lease a BMW with them ever again!

Guys, you've had my 650xi in your service department for nearly 3 months now. This is after you've already had it on two occasions prior to this at two months and one month not to mention a host of short stints of days and weeks. Clearly you can not fix this car. Whats it going to take to remedy this situation? I've bought 5 new BMW's from you in the last 10 years including a new one a few months back. I havent seen my 650 since Dec 11 2017. Crooks! I bought 2 cars from them with a great sales experience... but the second time... my salesperson told me that my remaining lease payments were going to be paid as part of my deal, and they weren't! Now BMW is coming after me for hundreds of dollars that my salesperson said I would never owe (it was part of the deal on my new car). I kept trying to get in touch with my salesperson to get answers for 5 months straight on this matter - and he kept ignoring my emails and telling me that I have to come in to see him face ... read more
Apparently no one in their service department knows how to use the phone. First and last time I will set foot in Habberstad. My car wasn't completed as scheduled, which I only found out because I called them.
I bought a 2011 328i convertible that I was told numerous times by salesmen and management was a very special car. It sure was. Multiple problems immediately. I brought the car back for repair while I waited for over 3 hours. However when I got halfway home ( an hour and 15 minutes ride) I realized the problems weren't fixed at all! So I took the car to my local shop upon their service department agreeing to this and promising to repay me. Over a month later and they do nothing for me. Don't do business here.
