"A fun and low stress buying experience" My experience with Leo Palmieri was excellent buying a 5 series. He was very patient (I looked at and drove a variety of cars) and knowledgeable. "2012 135i" Recently purchased 135i convertible. Worked with Brock Gordon, he was fantastic. Doug Kamp in finance was super helpful in making the out-of-state title and registration seamless. Plates came to my door FedEx. Beautiful facility, beautiful people. I recently learned that Brock passed away, I felt honored to meet him, brief as it was, he will be a hard act to follow. "Wonderful seamless transaction all the way through!" I picked up the phone and called Knauz to inquire about different BMW cars and lease options. I was put with Sam Picchietti who could not have been more helpful. He spent allot of time with me deciding the right fit and always keeping in mind my budget! I also worked with Scott Adduci and Spencer Parker upon pick up and really appreciated all the time they spent with me. I would definitely recommend Knauz and this team to anyone looking for a new car.

"Patience, Knowledge, Kindness (and some more patience)!!!" We had no idea what we wanted to buy (or IF we wanted to buy) when I picked up the phone to call Knauz, knowing they had all of the 3 major brands that we were considering for a new vehicle. I was luckily put in contact with Bob Geisheker who was patient on the phone with me as I rambled on about why I was calling. "Friendly and professional " Everyone at this dealership is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable of their products and services. I can always count on them to address the smallest concerns. They even did a complete check of my BMW before our polar vortex this year in Chicago, just to make sure my car was ready for the big freeze. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a BMW.

"Purchased a CPO 2018 X3 M40i" I had been looking into purchasing a 2018 X3 M40i, but was waiting to find a model that had all of the options I wanted.
