"Great Experience" We bought our M5 from Matt; he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the M line. He guided us through the process and gave us updates on the car's arrival. We were able to buy the car with no hiccups.

"Easiest Buying Experience I've Ever Had" I had done quite a bit of research online and comparison shopping between several makes and models of mid-sized sedans in my price range. "Great people to work with" Spoke with Sam on the phone about a used BMW for sale at their dealership. He was available when we came in, and took us straight to the vehicle. He is extremely knowledgeable about BMWs in general and our vehicle in particular. He is passionate about cars and it shows. He was very straightforward in presenting the price and his manager was quick to respond. No hard sell. He and his BMW genius colleague took a lot of time explaining the vehicle to us.

"Awesome Experience " Ross was fantastic. There was no hard pressure sales, he made me feel comfortable. He made sure we went over the entire car so I was familiar with it before I drove it off of the lot. I know that when I buy my next car it will be from Knauz and I will ask for Ross to be my salesman.

"Top-Notch Experience" From beginning to end, we had a great experience acquiring our first BMW. The entire transaction was professional and they made everything simple. We really felt like Knauz staff had our best interest in mind when assisting us through the process. I suspect many have had not so great experiences in car shopping. Don't think twice about walking into this dealership. I now know why they have been in Lake Bluff for 85 years. Thank you Ray, Sam & Doug!

"Purchase on a new X3" I leased my 2nd car from Bob Geisheker this month. His professionalism and advice were excellent. Bob truly understands his customers, I felt very well served.
