"We were definitely not buying a car here....." We drive from Oconomowoc WI to Lake Bluff IL to just look at car colors because we found several cars we thought we were buying out of state. Marek Gryc at Knauz BMW were outstanding in every way including having a very hard to find 4 series convertible...we came to just look at a blue one but bought the sunset orange...what a beauty! "Great Experience" I have had many BMWs over the years. I have purchased from 3 different dealers and my experience with Steve Kwasman and Knauz was a pleasant surprise - excellent experience. No stress, easy, and Steve really listened to my needs and wants and addressed it perfectly. I have bought from Knauz in the past and they have aged like a fine wine. Absolutely better experience than other local BMW dealers!

"First BMW Purchase," I just purchased my first BMW and first time customer of Knauz. The entire experience was very professional, the entire team was very friendly and willing to go above and beyond to meet the needs of the customer. Knauz by far has been the best new car dealership experience. Will recommend Knauz to others and be a return customer!

"Excellent customer service," All representatives that I dealt with had tremendous willingness to meet customers needs and expectations. Sam Picchietti was very informative, knowledgeable and personable. Doug Kamp was excellent in all aspects of customer service as well. He was personable, extremely efficient with excellent time management and flexibility. As a repeat customer I would recommend this dealership to anyone! They exceeded my expectations.
