"Great Service. " I recently had service work done for my X1. The Service Manage did an excellent job coordinating a courtesy vehicle and made sure all of the items were taken care of. Highly recommended.
"Accommodating services" I bought the car there from NYC. They could have done all arrangement. I could not believe that they could have made that happened to complete the deal, amazing.
"Car leasing experience" Extremely professional, knowledgeable and a very pleasant experience. The Salesperson took the time to familiarize me with the BMW since I was familiar with the cars. He, (Sherman) was honest with me on what type of car to choose.
"Service " They took great care of my car. My car is running smoothly again with no problems. They also changed my license plate which was very helpful!
"Battery issues" Very professional and well kept dealership. Rich Mcoy has been very helpful over the years. I have used other bmw dealerships in the area but prefer P&W. Hopefully you give your management team a praise and a raise.
"P&W BMW Service Review. " Great service as always from Lynn and P&W. Timely service, great loaner car, and received it cleaned and vacuumed. Lynn has been our best service advisor.
