"Collison repair" I had a great experience with Donnie in the collision repair department. He kept me informed and reassured me that my vehicle would be back in top condition. Thus far it is and I’m glad I brought my car to B&W instead of going elsewhere.

"Service and state tests" The car was serviced to what needed to be done. Courteous agent. Who explained what had to be done. And the car was delivered clean and on the cold day appreciated it was heated up as I went to pick it up.

"Good, could be better" I've always been happy with p and w bmw. The only thing I wish they would improve on is the ease of getting in touch with a service advisor. I had to call several times to talk to an advisor, frustrating
"Outstanding experience buying Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle" This is my first BMW. I live about 2 hours away from P&W BMW, but my local dealership did not have a certified pre-owned with the features I wanted. I found this car online on CARFAX and contacted the P&W BMW through the email link. "Very pleased " Everyone is very nice, proactive, helpful, and gets the job done in a timely manner. One of the workers even made me tea while I waited. How Luxurious is That . I love bmw :)
