"Excellent" I am always treated very well by everyone at P & W in the Service and Parts Departments. I would recommend them for any service needs.
"Bailed me out in a jam" I arrived without an appointment with a nail in my tire. The service department took me right in, replaced all four tires and had me on my way in less than two hours. Just terrific !
"Oil change car wash" I came here because of the horrible customer service at the Monroeville dealer where I purchased my car. They were able to get me right in to service my car. They showed me everything that was due and was able to complete the approved work. I was asked if I want to stay an extra 30-40 minutes for my car to be washed. I waited the extra time and when I was taken to my car it was in the same condition, unwashed. "Great Work" I've had my car serviced here since purchasing it and I have always been very pleased with the service and how responsive and friendly everyone is.
"Genius experience and car charging" Overall experience was a good one. One problem was that the car was not charged up when we went to pick it up. Could not even get home without going to gas backup. Good thing I had the Rex. This was the experience all weekend. Could not go anywhere for 3 days without using gas. 2nd issue was that the geniuses did not go over things that were really needed. "maintenance services4" As always very friendly and excellent services. All scheduled services were performed quickly that I waited not too long. The dealer can be trusted and serviced even in sales.
"Certified 2015 228 AWD convertible " The car was compelling. The people could not have been nicer. The price negotiation did not meet my needs but we worked around that and the remainder of the transaction was great. Dana the BMW genius was especially good. Dave was also good for the signing. The experience should continue to be good for service.
"Very efficient " Very prompt highly efficient and professionally cordial. Less stressful, very friendly clean waiting lobby area. Everybody encountered we very welcoming with a smile and asked if l had been attended to.
