"Replacement of a tire on new car" Just purchased a new BMW X3. Less than 300 miles. We have a nail in the tire. We were told the tires have no warranty because they are Bridestone and not Pirelli's. Apparently, Pirelli's have the warranty and Bridgestones do not. We were never told when we were offered the additional tire warranty that the tires on our BRAND new car were not covered by BMW. "I understand Covid 19 but not personal at all, did not..." I understand Covid 19 but not personal at all, did not even take personal time to talk about 2700 dollars of extra work needed in the future. Just talked a little over the phone but not when I picked the car up.

"VERY BAD DEALER YOU EVER DEAL WITH" Since the day one i get the car, every one lies there, No manner. Nobody cares, when you call they tells we are busy, will call you later, no body calls with lies, I wonder what kind of management there. I do not recommended to any one

"Does Not Honor Warranty on New Vehicles " This dealership does not honor maintenance plan that was included with new car purchase. Service dept will do anything possible to save money. 2016 BMW X5 included maintance plan which covers wear and tear on Brakes, Brake Pads, Brake Discs, Brake Rotors, Wipers. Vehicle indicated rear brakes where due for service. Brought vehicle in for service to return the same day as it was complete status. Be careful about how they determine trade value. In short, I had 2 other local dealer quotes for the trade value and offered them to Turnersville to match or beat. To be fair they appraised my vehicle by driving it over to their chevy dealer. I was told that the value declined because the chevy dealer had the same vehicles available with a a 20% discount. BUYER BEWARE ... Unless you can afford to purchase a brand new vehicle from Turnersville BMW in New Jersey do not even consider going to this dealership! When purchasing a new vehicle you know that this vehicle has come from the factory and you are the only owner so you are aware of the history of the vehicle. I have never had a worse car buying experience. First, we drove over an hour to this particular dealership because they had a car in stock that we specifically wanted. We contacted the dealership at 3:30 pm and were told the car was still available. When he got there, we were informed that the car was sold at 11:30 in the morning. The only explanation they could provide was that person who told us the car was available was actually off-site and only checks the inventory in the morning. I bought a 2006 750Li from this dealer about eight months ago. So far the gaskets went bad and costs me $4,000. The car was sold to be with an airbag problem which costs $1,100 to fix. The transmission gasket seals went bad and costs me $900 to fix. The transmission went bad and costs $5,000 to fix. When they were fixing my gaskets they kept my car for a month. The car was smoking and I had to bring it in twice to fix the problem. It took them four times to fix a blinker. I am not including service problems because every car... read more

I purchased a new vehicle from this dealership in August of 2011. This vehicle was obviously a 'lemon' as it was in the service shop for approximately 15 days in the first two months. Mr. Norton, the Service Manager (and I use the term Manager loosely in this reference) and his staff are unprofessional and unqualified to repair these vehicles.
