I met with Ben a few times to look at the BMW X3. Ultimately the X3 did not work out for me but Ben was outstanding to work with and really tried to accommodate my needs. He was very patient and had excellent product knowledge.

We did a lot of research before we buy this new X1. The price from BMW of Cape Cod is the best. Joe was very nice, patient, and easy to work with. He answered all our questions through emails and phone since this is the first time we are buying car from out of state. When we drove 3 hours to see our new car at the next day. Brandon walked through all the features in the car with us, very clear and professional. We enjoy our new car!
