Ben Whitney was my sales professional. It is an amazing thing when you can buy a car and not get the cheesy sales pitch routine. The evolution of technology provides consumers with many ways to research and purchase cars today. I bought a pre-owned and called ahead to make sure that it was available. When I arrived they knew who I was, what car I was interested in, and gave me the keys for a test drive without any delay. I took the car for a drive, reviewed the payment options that day and said I'd have to sleep on it. I was provided with all the information I needed quickly and easily and never felt pressured to make a purchase. I called back the next day and set up a time to pick it up.
