We had a very pleasing experience with BMW of Cape Cod recently when we purchased a BMW X3. James Carbonell was so knowledgeable, professional and very easy to work with. He has great knowledge of his products and his customer service skills are excellent. He really listened to us in regards to what we were looking for and we are very pleased. Jake was also excellent orienting me to the technical aspects of my new car. All in all, it was a very relaxing and exciting experience.
Recently purchased the 2017 Lexus. Everything went smoothly without any stress . My salesperson was Joe Martin who I think did an excellent job. Overall experience was positive I would recommend this dealership.
I had a great experience dealing with both Joe and the technical expert Jake at BMW on Cape Cod. Friendly, patient and attentive service. I appreciated their professionalism.
We did a ton of research before purchasing my BMW x5 and found that BMW of Cape Cod had the best prices by far. That made us drive 2+ hours from New Hampshire to test drive some SUVs. I test drove at least 6 SUVs that day; Tim was super helpful, patient, and gracious. The price was right and transparent. We will look first at this dealer for our future car purchases.

I just bought a new BMW, and it was a very pleasant and easy (and efficient) processs - I was happily surprised! Ben was knowledgeable and made the process seamless. Would definitely recommend - and the car is great!!
