I FIRST WENT INTO THE DEALER SEEKING 328 LUXURY BMW, BUT WITH ANTHONYS GREAT SKILLS AND PATIENCE KNEW I WASNT HAPPY WITH IT. My husband and I traveled far to this dealer just after a hefty snow storm to pounce on a great deal we saw on line. Upon arrival, everyone we encountered, especially Anthony Laham, was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured in our decision making. Good all around dealership. Web sales = Excellent. I was looking at a used 535xi with around 50k on it. I emailed Bryan with some questions, he was very helpful.
Mr. Talbot's service was excellent. My family and I went for a vacation in Cape Cod and we accidentally hit the post of gas station. It was quite bad, as our rear windshield was completely shattered. We were told by BMW road assistance to go to his dealership. I didn't know how to approach anyone when we reached there. I understand that parts are backordered, but advisor had no idea what she was talking about. Told me front brakes were changed and not rear, but in reality rear were changed and not front. "Worst experience dealing with what is supposed to be a..." Worst experience dealing with what is supposed to be a BMW dealership. Just to get a response or paperwork after purchasing my BMW has been a complete nightmare. Emails and return calls are apparently not in their job description and this includes the actual sales manager, Richard. Never again will I be going to Cape Cod BMW.
