I was completely mislead by Jay Horton. I dealt with him for well over a month about ordering a new car. Within a few weeks he gave me two completely different quotes for the exact same car. The same promotion was going on during this time frame. Once I questioned why the two different quotes. He ignored my attempts to contact him. Terrible service. I will never buy a car through this dealership and make sure I tell everyone I know in the area not to either!
Visited Viti Volvo to purchase a new 2012 XC90 Volvo. I had spent several days on line getting pricing information and had also talked to other Volvo dealers. When I arrived at the dealership I knew exactly what I wanted to spend and what I wanted for a trade in allowance for my 2004 XC90 Volvo.
