Requested and was willingly provided with notary public to sign certain non related to BMW documents. All in all a very pleasant experience

I’ve been so busy at work that I had to cancel and rebook my appointment and inadvertently wrote down the wrong day -showing up a day early for my appointment! The service team handled my screwup without missing a beat and squeezed my car in for service.

James processed my order and my dream car arrived a month later. Best thing to happen in 2020! The technician did an wonderful job explaining the major updated computer and it’s interactions with the car. I will still have to practice with some of those features. I love my car!
