I was very pleased with the scheduling and frequent reminders, I waited for the vehicle and Maeve provided regular updates on the completion, overall much better experience than my previous BMW dealer in the Midwest.

Spoke to their parts department (who was great btw) who stated they had them in stock and would I like them put on today? Yes of course! He connected me to the service department where I met Alfred.
