"BMW X3 special order" Ordered this car because all the ones in stock in the area did not have the desired options. Came in much faster than expected. Customer service and price was excellent as always. This is the 3rd BMW I've purchased here and it's always been a good experience.

"Excellent customer response & service during Covid lockdown" I wanted a particular model of an X3 which could not be located in northeastern USA. The customer representative then mentioned that another model had been ordered for the dealership and was in line to be built. He inquired if it still could be changed to our specs, which was confirmed mid-May of this year, just two weeks after the factory reopened in South Carolina at half capacity.
