"If only service could run like sales!" Sales, especially James, is a model for any customer service organization: responsive, proactive, warmly genuine, efficient, and did I say responsive? Service is unfortunately challenging. We dread calling in, getting a loaner, being treated genuinely and not a number, getting responses after leaving messages. It is most frustrating.
