Great experience, great new car! Best car shopping experience to date. Met with a few dealerships to find the right car. Always go to Stevens Creek for BMW! Great selection, great customer service, and left very happy! A special thanks to Perla, Kevin, Yesenia and Duncan for their warm and professional help. Really a great team of people! Excellent customer service I went to couple of other BMW dealerships in the Bay area before coming to Stevens Creek BMW. In general, they were all friendly and nice to work with. But @Stevens Creek BMW, I worked with Rocky Karimi. Very nice guy, knows very well the cars on the lot, different price ranges, will match you with a good car based on what you tell him (so make sure you know what you are looking for, it will save your time) and will give you a good deal.
