Stevens screen BMW-Excellent service.. Dave Parker, Kamron Haroon and Yesenia were beyond excellent. They went above and beyond to me to the price point I was happy in. Took their time and showed they really cared and that I wasn't just another transaction. I will be back for my 2nd BMW soon.
Awesome service experience! My warranty had just expired, and my car had been at Stevens Creek BMW 3 months prior for a service and brake check. Upon recently returning from vacation, my brakes started grinding on the rotor. So I called the dealership and explained the situation. The head of the Service Department, Scott Fuller, called me back and said if that is what happened then they would cover the repair. Great services The check engine light of my car which is 2012 328i was on. And their staff helped me make an appointment as soon as possible. When I dropped off my car. They made things easy and quick. They also cleaned my car inside out after it was fixed.

Excellent service BMW Stevens Creek provided me an excellent service staffed with great technicians and high quality parts.
