BMW 330ci annual maintenance There were many customers visiting the Service Dept. on the day of my appointment. After write-up, I had to wait about an hour for the shuttle to take me back home However, my service rep, Steve (whom I always request), did his usual excellent job.

Outstanding Service Assistant Manager Patrick Minnehan has been my Service Adviser since I moved from Mountain View due to a poor customer Service; I purchased my X3 and my 135I CV in Mountain View. The customer Service at MV changed after my guy from 5 years moved to Hawaii and I have a new guy (Gary) so I notice he was great w/his clients and I was the last one even w/appt. Knowledgeable team, and very cooperative The team of BMW on the electrical cars sales, were extremely knowledgeable, polite and you would completely feel comfortable with them. They were not pushy which helped us feel the selection was our selection. The information given was honest and to the point.
