BMW 550i Service Erin was an awesome service rep. She was super friendly and kept her promise of the completion time. I picked up the car with 100% satisfaction on the service provided. She went the extra mile to make sure that everything was completed same day so that I didn't have to return for another visit.

Scheduled Service Plus The customer service of service advisor Patrick Minnehan is the reason I have purchased or leased 4 BMW autos/sav over the years. I do wish the loaner fleet included a greater mix of X3 vehicles as I own an X5 for its carrying capacity and ease loading and unloading.

Went out of their way to get me the car I wanted I had an overall fantastic experience with SCBMW. Their sales guy TJ went out of his way to get me the car I wanted, and throughout the process was super communicative and open about everything ? it was my first time buying a car from a dealership, and I went in with a good amount of skepticism and expectations around sleazy sales people and pushy tactics. These guys proved me wrong ? it was completely painless and I would definitely come back.
