Nice place but mechanics seem to make mistakes Generally nice place, friendly, reasonably efficient , but some problems with the mechanics. In two visits I've noticed: - Tires filled to wrong pressure (didn't notice that the car now has 17" rims versus the factory 19") - Buzz from hood as one crossmember hadn't been tightened properly - Complete electrical failure as the battery terminal hadn't been tightened down

Great service support Since I purchased my 2013 X1, I have been working with Steve Bertolacci who has made a huge difference compared to my previous experiences for past 36 years. Great service Service was great. Despite the long line of cars to be serviced on a weekend, staff are very efficient that made the process quick.
