Great Service Experience! The service department is very efficient. They took my car right away after having a chat with me about what I expected and if there was anything in particular they should know. The wait time for the service was as they quoted, I received a call from my service rep, he found me in the showroom, brought the paperwork, explained everything, then handed me my key. This is my second time working with Neil, both times have been a fantastic experience! Thank you Neil.

Found problem right away! Ken Salas was my service person and he greeted me with a smile, even though there was quite a long line of cars waiting to be serviced and he was very busy! Called me back in a timely manner to let me know that I was not imagining the noise I had heard! Fixed the problem (oil leak on fan belt) and had my car back the next day! Very pleased with this service appointment.
