"Prompt attentive service" Always a good experience here- nice place to wait- attentive to customers. Only quibble and the basis for less than 5 stars on price is charging me $10 for tire gauge caps which seems way over cost.

"20.000 mile service and inspection " BMW of the Makn Line is a top notch dealer. The check in and pre-apppintmemt check in serves as a good reminder of the time and date and time. Once at the dealer, I was encourage to get a water or coffee or soft pretzel while i waited for my car. The waiting area was spacious with WiFi and a nearby restroom. "Smoke from tailpipe." A very unusual and difficult problem to diagnose. I went to independent shop who could not fix and then gave me bad advice. I took vehicle to BMW of Mainline and worked with service representative Ernesto. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Problem took several days to figure out and in retrospect, only BMW could ever have fixed because they have access to proprietary service bulletins. Problem is solved. And no charge.
"Mainline BMW visit" Great service- quick turnaround. Only issue that was an inconvenience was the courtesy car driver was unavailable to pick me up at my office. Dealership offered to reimburse for the Uber car, nice touch
"BMW Mainline" I had an excellent experience coming in for routine service and state inspection . They were quick and efficient and in about an hour it was ready. Also a very nice waiting area.
"Excellent Parts and Service at BMW Main Line" Both Tai and Adam were very courteous, prompt and professional in ordering and programming the replacement key for the car. I was able to come in at short notice. Excellent service! Thank you!
"Roof rack installation" This was a straightforward visit and it worked out great. I dropped the car off early in the morning, got processed fairly quickly, was given a loaner car and headed out to work. After work, I came back and picked it up within 15 minutes of my return. It looks great and is exactly what I wanted. I love my X5 and this dealership is great!!
