My car needed to go into service for a flat tire a day after I bought it and the service dept of BMW took care of it for me right away! They actually did a complimentary service- I was very impressed by their customer service. Victoria Guthery, my advisor, is always communicative about the status of my vehicle and always goes a thorough job.

Chad Ludwig at BMW of Murrieta accepted my 528i late on a Friday when the engine light suddenly came on. My husband was given a 528i loaner since service was closed for the Christmas weekend. I owned a 528i that was already over 100,000 miles put into it which means major maintenance needed. My car salesperson who sold me my first BMW was Charity Andrews but unfortunately she no longer work on the sales floor. Even so Charity took the initiative time to help me by having Louis "Skip" Noell to assist me in trading my car for a new one. Skip and his sales manager George was very attentive and was able to help me through the process without a problem.

Victoria was very kind, respectful, transparent and a total professional. I admire Boris Said and GM Mr. Herrera for having such wonderful employees. Victoria and her attention to detail is why I drive a BMW from their outstanding dealership.
Due to my check engine light, Victoria was able to obtain a loaner vehicle for me to drive home as well as some shopping along the way. Even though my X3 service was completed the same day, she said it was no problem to return the loaner the next morning due to heavy end of day traffic.
