I'm going to keep this short and simple. Carl Burt is as LEGIT as it's going to get in this shady car selling business. I must say, he was a God send.. Such a horrible experience with Mercedes and crooked sales guys. So lucky I came across Carl who helped me get out of a really bad deal from Mercedes. Every employees goes out of their way to help you. Service is always great! I purchased my car here and even though there are other BMW dealerships closer to me I always come to BMW of Murrierta.

Everyone was very nice and friendly when I arrived, Dave Townsend was very helpful, answered all my questions and was happy to have me test drive a couple of cars. I found one I loved, a very pleasant experience.
My every visit to BMW of Murrieta has always been professionally polished but also comfortably warm from the Service Greeter who meets me when I drive in, and who escorts me to a Servisor Advisor. If I have to wait the Lounge is great with large screen tv, lots of snacks and internet access. Service is always done well with comments and advice from the Car Angels who actually repair my car. Ryan Ferguson was very friendly and did a great job as our no pressure Client Advisor. He went through inventory to find the exact car we wanted and walked us through the buying process without hassle.
