I had an awful customer service experience at this dealership. I was in last Sunday looking at a BMW for about an hour, decided I was interested so I put a refundable deposit down and said I would talk it over with my husband. I told the salesman I found a much less expensive vehicle I was interested in in NJ and was going to look at it.
