I took my 2014 BMW 335i with 20,000 miles to this dealership to get looked at because it was grinding going from first to second gear and I was told by the receptionist that the technician and the service manager both took my car for a ride and couldn't diagnose the problem. She said that they didn't notice anything abnormal. Please note that this grinding I was experiencing was very obvious and couldn't be unnoticed. Heres my opinion. If the car takes more then an hour offer a loaner car right away so one doesn't have to sit here waiting.
Whatever you do, don't get that crappy tire insurance they recommend over the BMW one. Pure junk!!! Should have trusted my instincts.
