Worst dealer ever they broke my car and they charged me $1800 for the labor i told them the problem was injector nr6 and look what they did they sold me this BMW X5 with this problem after one year look what happened to my car I do not recommend anyone to go there the mechanic Thomas told me on the phone I feel safe to do this job with the menager DENIS You can see the pictures what they did
No business ethics at this dealership. We purchased a 2013 Nissan Sentra for our 16 year old daughter on July 21 2020. The day we brought it home it would not reverse. The dealership checked it and said there are no issues. On July 26 we have video of the car bucking, not being able to go forward after reversing, car revving as if in neutral, check engine light on and the manager told us to take it to Nissan when we said we’d like our money back. Everything that could go wrong with you appointment did. Waited all week for someone to do a pick up and drop off for a recall. People forgot about my appointment and nobody ever showed up. You can never get through and they never returned your calls. After they finally took my car in they were late and giving it back to me by over a day and the only thing that they were interested in talking to me about was more service that I could purchase from them. Better customer service that begins with management.
No one every calls you back when you leave your phone number to make service appt After leaving call after call I gave up and made an apt using the web site which is just as bad Not a good system at all and was very unhappy with the way I was treated

Mr Chaya, I am sorry to hear that you had issues getting in touch with our Service Department. We decided to open service for the first time on Labor Day to better serve our customers. We did this with a limited staff due to the holiday. Communication is something that we are always working on and we appreciate your feedback.
Service never answers the phone. Wouldn’t mind if they actually returned calls. Sometimes I wait days..... Why Cant anyone answer the phone at BMW Service. Subaru has no problem with it.
