I saw a 2002 Park Avenue on the Internet and decided to check it out one morning in September when I had a half day off. Within a minute of my arrival, Casey greeted me and a few miutes later we test drove the car. We sat down, made a deal and by noon I was driving away in a newer, nicer car. Thanks again!

Great Experience I shopped online for a used New Beetle Volkswagen for a over a year. I also visited alot of dealerships before finding my car at Evans Motorworks in Dayton, Oh. Our salesman Casey came out to greet us and was friendly and informative. He guided us through the process. He also called to follow-up after the purchase. I can honestly say that this has been the best experience purchasing a vehicle!

Great Dealership This place is not like any dealer I have been to. Very professional staff that was very helpful and knowledgeable. Got a great deal on my CPO BMW and a lot of great perks for doing business there. Free pick up and delivery for service, free car washes,and my wife loves the "Manicure Mondays".
Evansautoworks Terrible customer service. Have had a recall on my Volvo on a safety feature and they have done NOTHING to resolve it for over a year. Every time you call they say it’s back ordered. And now we know why ! Because they were no longer going to do business with Volvo! Will never purchase another vehicle from them.
Terrible service Terrible experience. Took our recently purchased Volvo to get a few things looked actually including a lag in gear shifting between 1-2 when braking. They recommended changing the transmission fluid. We picked up the car and the next day on the highway we started getting warning alerts and ultimately had to pull over and tow the car back to the dealership.
