Disappointed On July 9th I brought my 2012 S60 in for routine service, oil change and to have the blower fan for the A/C & heat looked at since it wasn't running full speed or at all sometimes. When I arrived the advisor checked me for my 8:15 appointment, I signed off on the paperwork and had a seat in the lounge. For the next 3 hours I heard the advisor making phone calls about his personal business and going out back to smoke. Incredibly poor service Have purchased 4 Volvos. Customer service good but service poor! Last 2 oil changes over 2 hours wait time. They should be at least as good Walmart.

EVANS is a DON'T!!!! We purchased our Volvo from Evans and traded in a Saab, for the second time we know of, someone was in our driveway tonight (Jan2016) backed up to our Volvo ready to repo the "Saab" we traded in to Evans. This is the second time in 4 months that they have been stopped prior to taking the WRONG car. I called Evans after the first incident and they were not helpful AT ALL. Beware of the Dealer and Certified Preowned BMWs We purchased a Certified Preowned BMW from this dealer. We were assured the certified Preowned warranty covered "everything". We inquired about specific parts related to wear and tear and were assured they were covered by the certified Preowned BMW warranty. We have had the car for less than a year. We took it to BMW to be serviced and discovered the warranty covered nothing we were told it covered. In fact, the warranty covers very little that is meaningful. We are extremely ... read more

service is incompetent Took the car in for a check engine light and they blew me off and said they needed to see it immediately after it Occurred. They said they could not get it to come back on but it came on for me on my way home. I also noticed from the odometer that they didn't even drive it. I went over my 60000 miles before I got it back into them and another dealership said that I have to have the cylinder heads redone and it's $2000 worth of repairs. BMW 323i and bmw X6 Took my BMW 3 for repair they charged me over $3000 and did not fix the problem. I got 2009 BMW x6 each time I take it there it gets worst. I got two other friends in Dayton OH they have same problem they took their cars and they just charge for nothing.

Worst experience of our lives! It has been by far the worst experience of our lives! We traveled far to purchase a car, the minute we explained (which by the way had to be several times to different people) that we had already chosen our own bank for the financing, they were just unhappy and was more than obvious they did not want to sell us the car... and believe us, they attempted everything to try not to sell it... unbelievable. I would NOT recommend it and quite frankly I wonder how they even have the right to sell BMW's... read more

Poor online customer service I was abruptly cut off during an online vehicle inquiry. Apparently these guys list cars for sale that they don't have or won"t sell and offer no explaination.
