I will never buy from this lot again!!! Instead of telling me I needed an apointment,my car was checked in under the pretense of being repaired that day..But instead they wait till 2 days later to tell me I would get me in when they could..When they should’ve just set me an appointment the day I came in.Or at least informed me of the situation before accepting my car.And let me make the decision of leaving my car or bringing it back the day of appointment..Do not make the decision for me...And then gets attitude like I said ... read more

Sold me a car that takes on water I bought a 2014 VW at the beginning of 2019 and soon found out that the sunroof leaks water every time rains into the trunk and leaves a mildew smell, also I can't take it through a car wash because it takes on water into the actual car. Buyer beware, I guess.

Terrible customer service In my life time, I have bought a lot of cars from a lot of different dealerships and found Evens BMW to have the worst customer service when it comes to the buying process. My initial contact was with the internet sales person, who did not return my call after receiving what appeared to be a very aggressive price. New Car Sales Last year I wrote a glowing review for Ann Conrad and Zach Finnegan, on several websites, when I purchased a 2019 BMW X3 from Evans BMW. At that time, Ann and Zach did a good job communicating while working to move me out of an Inifiniti lease and into a BMW. Worst service ever!! Pick out a 2017 Jetta then had to wait a really long time for approval on a loan.Got a loan approved with Day Air and everything was good to go. My mom Asked to come back Tuesday because my mom wanted to talk with Wright Patt Credit Union and Monday was a holiday. Tuesday I called couldn’t get an answer when I did get one I told the sales rep that I needed to send him the pay stubs now and when we show up we can sign the loan and my mom can go back home. Terrible Customer Service. Be aware before you buy I purchased a BMW 528 from salesman Mr. Theodore Dorion. He gave us two key for the car. One of the key is not work, we thought it was out at battery at first. NO! it not even belongs to 5 series car, it belongs to 3 series car. We didn’t find out right away because only my husband drives the car. We not live in Dayton, so, I call Mr. Theodore Dorion, He said he will call me back, but he didn’t. We have contacted Ms. Wang and paid for the cost of a replacement key. We did this even though the car was purchased over two years ago. The customer is now satisfied.

such a horrible experience- please avoid! They falsely advertised a vehicle in content and price and then would not match advertised price. Then tried to up-sell us. Manager also stated they "changed" the ad so others wouldn't be fooled yet proceeded to email us an unchanged ad for the vehicle. I contacted Volvo about this whole matter- this is NOT how one expects to be treated at a respectable dealer. I hope no one else falls for this.
