I worked with Michelle and David initially to agree to terms on a CPO 3 series. They both were timely and upfront regarding available sales price and terms. Upon arriving at the dealership, Robert helped me review the car and took me on a test drive. This was a very simple no non sense deal. It was proven to me that they had the best deal within 500 miles while at the dealership. I needed a little more for my trade in and they were able to accommodate that. Eric Parkinson really helped to seal the deal by making an extra phone call for me to make sure I could get the best financing. Really was a great experience buying a car here. Honestly one of the most pleasant car buying experiences to date.

All that really needs to be said is that this has been the best car buying experience I have ever had! Over the years I have purchased 2 new vehicles and 2 used vehicles from dealerships and this is by far the best transaction I have ever experienced. They are professional, courteous and low pressure. This dealership sur passes every dealer ship. I have visited. By passed 3 BMW dealers and traveled 30 miles. The best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Where you are treated as person. And not a customer.

I recommend this dealership for their service and professionalism displayed during the purchase of my new BMW. The savings on my vehicle, was well worth the 8 hour trip from Columbia, S.C. I did not receive any surprises upon arrival, and I received everything that I was promised. The staff was very friendly, and attentive to making the process go smooth, effectively and efficiently. I am so pleased, and will defiantly consider this dealership as a first option, when my next BMW purchase arise.

We have worked with Robert Noetzel and he was a great assistant and he showed us several car in order for us the get to know the different cars' model. Then when we selected our car he described a to z about that specific car for us with patient and any time we had question he would describe it for us completely in detail. Also, he was responsive through phone after we bought the car. Over all we are completely satisfied with his help.

Excellent experience - long distance purchase from central Pa. Best Price and no hassle. Everything as agreed upon over the phone with no surprises.
