"BMW Provided" We found online a pre-owned BMW i3 that was the exact vehicle and color we wanted! "Easiest car buying experience ive had" Saw the Camaro advertised online. The dealer is 2 hours away from my home. David took the call and was very helpful in looking over the car on my behalf. "A Great Experience!!!!" Each time I purchase a car from a dealership, I completely dread it. When I called Josh Grantham to inquire about a car I was interested in, I told him what time I would be by that day. When I arrived, he had the car pulled to the front of the building, a dealer plate on it and the engine running so the A/C would have it cooled off. "Good experience overall" This dealership had what we were looking for. The salesman was knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking at and even told us of one that they had received that day. We were able to take the vehicles out on a drive on our own and we were not pressured in any way to purchase. The transaction was quick, not a lot of sitting and waiting. I did have to call to follow up on title and paperwork and I didn’t receive the check for taxes, but overall the experience was great.
"Great Experience From Start to Finish" Found the car I wanted online sitting on the Mercedes lot. I was referred to Brett, so I called him up and he was able to get the car for me. I told him I hated car dealerships and the stigma attached to them. I told him wanted a No-BS, give me your best price and I'll take it or leave it transaction and that's mostly what I got. "The deal was made on the phone." The dealership and the salesman completely lived up to their word and actually gave me some extra on my trade in. The new vehicle was ready to roll and I was finished and gone in a short 1 1/2 hours. I would not hesitate to do business with them again.
