"Repeat customer" We have now purchased two vehicles from Brett Cloon @ this dealership. Wonderful person to work with (as are all of the staff) and made the process as pain free as possible. "Excellent experience" This was my first time buying a car on my own and I am happy to say it was an excellent experience. I was a little nervous because I'd heard some salespeople use hard-sell tactics, or try to trick people into buying things they don't need. "Uniformly favorable." I dealt with Messrs. Grantham, Davis, and Estes in the process of purchasing my 2002 Ford Thunderbird. I have no criticisms; they were very professional, yet perfectly cordial. I was especially impressed with Brad Davis and I'm envious of the person who took advantage of the opportunity to hire him into your dealership. "Super Smooth Long Distance Purchase" I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from BMW of Columbia with Brett Cloon as my sales consultant. "Amazing" Brett was again amazing to work with! He is the reason that we came back to this dealership. He is very helpful and even played/watched the kids while we finished the paperwork. "BMW #1" I have experiences with many new and used dealerships. However, BMW of Columbia Missouri and Brad Davis went above and beyond, were willing and eager to please. "Stress free!" Rusty and Brad were great to work with! After several stressful and hectic car purchases at other dealerships, we were welcomed to BMW and they worked hard to find us the best fit for our family! Negotiations, paperwork, etc. was all very easy. Both Rusty and Brad were great at constant communication throughout the whole process! This showed my husband and I that car buying doesn’t have to be painful :). We will definitely be back!
