"Fantastic experience from the first phone call" Josh was professional, courteous, and knowledgable from the moment we spoke on the phone to the moment I drove away in my new car. I would absolutely buy from him again. We had issues with my trade in that needed some negotiation and at no point did I ever feel like I was being taken advantage of or that anything unfair was being considered. "Simply a total package " I had the pleasure of working with David Watson from Sales and Adam Miller from Finance. They were both very professional, knowledge, easy to work with, answered all of my questions and were very friendly! I was an out of state buyer and they sent overnight delivery of the DMV documents I needed to register my vehicle locally and followed up on the day of delivery. "BWM Columbia, MO worth the Drive to Mid- Missouri" Recently purchased a new 2019 BMW X5 SUV from BMW of Columbia, Mo. I live in Overland Park, Kansas which is 120 miles away. "Absolutely Wonderful" Brett Cloon, as well as the other staff made mine & my son's buying experience absolutely wonderful. The whole process was very easy & everyone was so great.
