I use to drive M.B. but 8 years ago I visited BMW of Rockville and I was very lucky that Karen Cruz was the person that introduced me to BMW and since then, my family has been loyal to her. We moved to CT and despite we have many BMW dealers around here, we still buy from Karen in Rockville, MD. She is an outstanding profesional in this business and has all the knowledge required to guide you for the best purchase.

I was greeted and was being helped by a client advisor by the name of Suvin. I looked on the site and saw a car I wanted to purchase. Suvin made sure everything was taken care of correctly and in a timely manner. It really was not long after speaking with finance that my car was ready to take home. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful. Just the way things should be when leaving with a car at a dealership.

Ms. Roxanne Roch-Rigo provided exemplary customer service without the pressure to buy a vehicle. She was most responsive to all questions, and made the four and a half-hour process not as painful as it otherwise could have been. This dealership was the right one to purchase my BMW. Not because of the the selection they had in the model I was interested in, but the service that was given to me. I had a nice chat with Suvin, who took care of me during my purchase, he was very friendly and had my car ready to go the same day. He made it clear to me that I would be taken care of and he stood by his words. Nothing is more important to me than the service I get when purchasing a product.

BMW Rockville, an in particular Suvin, were dedicated to making the deal happen on (close to) my terms and then working around some scheduling issues. I ended up ordering a new BMW when nothing on the lot had the collection of features I wanted. BMW Rockville never made this seem like a big deal. They treated it as a way to get me the car I wanted, which was the right way to do it. This was my first time I experienced such great customer service at a dealership. Didn't wait too long at the lounge and was greeted by a client adviser(Suvin). He was very determined to meet my expectations which he did and went above and beyond to make this deal work. I got my car the same day and was left with a smile!
