If you are looking to buy a BMW and experience great customer survice at the same time then I would recommend seeing Suvin. He took all the troubles one has in looking for a car. Was very honest in the pros and cons of the suggested cars I wanted and found the right one for me. Will definitely see him again when I'm in the market.
When I walked into a dealership of high-end vehicles like this BMW I expect that same quality on customer service. They definitely matched it and a little more. My client advisor was Suvin and he added that 'little more' in customer service. Very honest, hardworking, and a good salesmen.

I worked with Roxanne in sales and Merlin with the BMW Genius and both were great! This was my very first car purchase, and Roxanne walked me through all the steps. She still follows up with me, even about two months after getting the car! The BMW technology can be a little overwhelming, so making the appointment with Merlin was so helpful. She sat with me one on one and went through all the features. Both ladies were wonderful to work with!
