This was my first experience with BMW Rockville and Kevin Soltwedel. Kevin was very friendly, helpful, professional and honest. After a test drive and every question and concern I had was answered by Kevin. I was totally satisfied and purchased the vehicle I needed. Kevin helped me through the whole process from start to finish. Very friendly dealership - would definitely recommend.
We had a good experience with BMW Rockville and Kevin Soltwedel in particular. All employees were friendly and knowledgeable and made sure all questions were answered. No high pressure tactics in negotiation. Just research and be prepared. There was a minor hitch/delay in prepping the car for delivery but I would much rather wait than drive out with things overlooked.

This was my first experience with this dealership. Kevin was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He was not at all pushy. He made it easy for me to get into the car I wanted quickly by buying out my leased vehicle a few months before my existing lease was up. The dealership is very attractive and comfortable. Everyone there is very willing to help in any way they can.

Dealt with Kevin Soltwedel over internet for car, he was not in day I stopped to see car, and advised me Chris Kutrumbis would take care of me, which he did. I closed the deal with Kevin the next day - great dealership, good people to deal with. Kevin and Chris could not have been more accommodating. People can't believe this is a "used" car - looks like the day it left the factory.
We had an excellent experience with Suvin Viswanathan as our salesperson. He was attentive to our multitude of questions and helped us feel quite comfortable with our purchase.
