"Working with Jhonny was definitely worth the 400 mile drive!" My entire deal with Jhonny was done through phone calls, text messages, videos (yes, he even went through the trouble of video messaging me!) and emails. I spent a total of two hours in the actual dealership, and that was to pick up the car. His laid back approach was so refreshing and definitely made my 800 mile round trip worth it!

"Great experience, working with Brandon!" After being treated poorly by St. Louis Plaza BMW dealership we decided to switch to BMW of West St. Louis. "Paul will treat you right!" Paul spent a lot of time helping me decide what kind of vehicle was right for me. Once I decided, he went above and beyond finding the perfect SUV that fit my needs. The service didn't stop with the sale. I've been able to call and ask questions as needed. Now I'm in the market for a second, back-up vehicle and I have specific things that I'm looking for. "Awesome experience!" I was extremely satisfied with my experience purchasing may latest Ultimate Driving Machine from the team at BWM of Wes St Louis. Veronica Tran was the best sales person I worked with in my many years of purchasing cars. She made the whole process super easy, my car arrived on time and everything went as expected. "Great Customer Service" I appreciate your help in this purchase. You went over and above on getting this deal closed and I really do thank you and the staff in getting the car ready as promised...
