"Top notch service " I really liked my experience at BMW of West St Louis. The salesman, Farhood, is new, but very eager to please. He made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. Once he gets a few more sales under his belt, he will do even better. The sales manager, Linzie & the finance guy, Steve were wonderful. It was like talking to two old friends. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends.

"Great experience with our car purchase of two BMWs. " We test drove two cars, a 6 series sedan and a 6 series SUV. Veronica was very helpful. Decided a 5 series might be a better fit. "Everyone very helpful" Mike was very helpful all the phone conversations help make the purchase easy. I flew to St. Louis where I was greeted, pickup and taken to breakfast. Mike made sure the my X5 was cleaned and all my questions were answered. I was helped by their BMW genius Veronica who did a wonderful job. My drive home was great. Mike asks me to text him when I got home, because he knew I had a long drive, I appreciated that. I am enjoying my X5. Thanks
