"Excellent Customer Service" I took my 2011 328i E93 in to assess a 2 quart oil decrease and Ty checked me in. My first experience at BMW was getting the water pump replaced a couple weeks ago and he also assisted me. Ty is very professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about the customers he serves.
