"World Class Experience" Hello, Everyone at the dealership was courteous, kind, and professional. I really appreciate my salesman Brandon who took the time to listen and delivered on what I wanted. "Superior service reasonable prices " Veronica Tran was very helpful. She took time to listen to what I wanted and found the right car for me. Although I didn’t end up buying a BMW, their prices are very reasonable. I found a low mileage Acura and am very happy. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly financing and paperwork all handled smoothly.

"Brandon made my trade-in and pick up a breeze!" Brandon made the entire experience of turning in my current car leased with two months remaining and selecting a new one a breeze. Brandon gave me a couple of different cars to consider and I wound up selecting one from the lot. It's a great car and a fair lease price. The turn in of my old car and pick up of my new car took less than an hour and that included the tutorial with Brandon and Taj - which I really appreciated. Highly recommend him.

"It was fun!" I worked with Brandon Giganti. He was exactly what you would want in a salesman: helpful, friendly, and not pushy. (The finance manager experience was also a stress free pleasure) I drove various cars, and even took one home for an "extended test drive". He clued me in to a deal I wasn't aware of and now I'm driving much more car than I expected to for the price. I'm a happy customer!

"Great follow-up. " Mike Kuhlmann is great with communication and following up. I initially contacted to him for a fully loaded mineral white on ivory nappa BMW 750ix. Unfortunately the car was sold just a day prior. Despite that, he's great with following up, offering assistance, and continuing with communication. Though I ended up finding my new car with my specifications elsewhere, I truly am impressed with the experience I received from Mr. Kuhlmann. I highly recommend working with him.

"5th time BMW owner - Very pleased" My first BMW was from BMW West St. Louis. I was pleased with their customer service back then and am still pleased with how personable, accommodating and patient they are. I did not make the process very easy, but, Rami and Bob were both great in making sure I was completely comfortable with my purchase.
