"Car serviced " Linzie was extremely friendly and helpful. I dropped of my vehicle of for service and a rental was provided. I live 30 minutes away but I'm always satisfied with the service and friendly staff. Thank you again for making my visit so comforting. In the near future I will purchase another vehicle from that dealership thanks to you and your team.

"Great experience" I had a great experience purchasing a new X3 from BMW of West St. Louis. Had great discussions and intro to the car and options from Linzie Jr, and he was very diiligent in running down answers to some of my obscure questions and choices around delivery. He followed up after the purchase to ensure things were going well. I would definitely buy here again in the future.

"Customer Service" I live in Colorado, and, I was in St. Louis visiting over the holidays. I was in the market to buy a car, stopped by this BMW to just look, and was pleasantly surprised to sign a deal on a BMW X5! Mr. Foster was very helpful in negotiating a no fuss deal for me.
