"The dynamic Duo" I absolutely loved my experience at BMW West! I needed my car serviced, but needed to leave and handle business. Linzie Sr. , the manager, stepped in and made sure I was taken care of. I was able to get a loaner car and get things done. The customer service I recieved was impeccable and I would definitely recommend anyone to this dealership. I also purchased my car here. I'm very happy with my experience. I'll definitely be buying my second car here!!

"Wonderful experience " We had a wonderful experience purchasing not only one new BMW but two. Kyle Ray, did an excellent job finding the two cars we wanted and was very personable and was very concerned that we were happy with our purchase. Bob in finance made it so easy to finance our cars. He was very friendly and very professional. Jane, our genius did an excellent job showing us all the features on our cars and how they worked. She spent a lot of time answering our questions. Over all we are very pleased.

"Needle in a haystack find (the car was great too)" I’d been in the market for awhile and shopped around various dealers before a friend introduced me to an associate at West BMW of STL. He stuck with me to find the right car for me, even through a dramatic budget decrease. Post-purchase, the service team has also been great to work with.

"Excellent Experience " I had gone to another BMW dealership in the STL area before I purchased my BMW at BMW West St. Louis dealership. I guess the other dealership didn't want my business. Anyway the salesman Linzie Jr. was very helpful, looking into my requirements, offering suggestions, and was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the BMW cars/crossover in which I was interested in. The entire experience was excellent. I would highly recommend West BMW St. Louis dealership to my friends and family.

"Great Experience" Went out looking for a new BMW 330xi and met Dave on the lot. Found him professional, knowledgeable and very straight forward. he was able to locate what I wanted at a fair price and made the whole process much easier than I anticipated. I have never had a new vehicle buying experience go this easy. We will be back for our next Bimer.
