"Superior Service " The service is Superior to the many BMW Dealerships I visited over the 3 week period I have been shopping for the right vehicle. The staff and special finance manager, Steven Toppins was awesome and extremely helpful. No pressure tactics and very knowledgeable. If you are shopping for a new or used BMW I highly recommend you make West County BMW your first stop and ask for Steven Toppins. You won't regret it.

"Defining what customer service should be" This is the second car we've purchased from BMW West. There is just no reason to look elsewhere. The entire process is incredible. Veronica is an amazing sales person, and Steven could not have been more helpful and accommodating. No pressure. Very friendly. The service department is first rate, and yeah, they really do come get your car if it needs service. Give them a chance. You'll be glad you did.
