Dawn was absolutely amazing. She helped us sort through available options and even went as far as getting a car from another dealership for us. It took us almost all day to decide and she was absolutely positive and friendly the entire time. Financing with Rami was a breeze as well. He kept us in budget and made sure we knew all our information and had our car protected. 100% recommend to everyone.
Second time working Dave and both purchases were smooth and simple. Dave is always responsive and honest. Finalizing the purchase with Bob in Finance was personable and the most pleasant experience compared to other dealerships. When in the market, Dave and West County BMW will get my first look.
Amazing Service, Informed Staff, Exceptional Experience I've visited this dealership on multiple occasions, and I won't go anywhere else. There are other BMW dealerships closer to me, but I actually drive 30 Min just to get here because I know I'm in good hands, and I trust the staff to take good care of me.
