"Jeff took good care of me when I brought my BMW M240i in..." Jeff took good care of me when I brought my BMW M240i in for brake fluid service and a malfunctioning right-rear turn signal. The car was nearly due for an oil change so he threw that in too (everything was covered by warranty or service plan). It was easy to set an appointment at a reasonable date and time, the service took a reasonable amount of time to complete, and getting and returning a loaner car was easy. Overall, great!
