Sunday I found a used Porsche at BMW west on Auto trader. she contacted me by text almost immediately . By Monday we had the deal all squared away. She was very helpful in answering questions and getting us fixed up .

"Thank you all..." Thank each and everyone that I dealt with in purchasing the 7 series yesterday. Dawn you got the ball rolling and all the others on the team worked seamlessly in delivering the car. Hard to believe that this all happened in less than 2 days (from first coming into the showroom to test drive, getting a quote on my trade in, to driving off the lot. "Jhonny was excellent to work with. During the odd time of..." Jhonny was excellent to work with. During the odd time of COVID - we worked with him remotely from Illinois all via text message. He made me a video of the car and provided information that showed his knowledge. We bought from him because we appreciated his low pressure sales. Bob was great as well with my paperwork and even sent them via overnight mail so I could get them signed ahead of the pick up. "Brandy was very nice and personable. She applied the..." Brandy was very nice and personable. She applied the coupon for my oil change correctly and kept me updated while I waited. She also informed me of a recall that I was unaware of. I was able to book that appointment today as well. Everyone at this location is always smiling and very nice to deal with. I will continue bringing my BMW here for service work!

"It was great to work with Brandon purchasing our new BMW X5" We are so happy with our experience buying our new car from BMW West St Louis.
